Get a pregnancy test or see your doctor... That's the only way you can be truly informed whether you're pregnant or not.
Your stress is likely to further disrupt your periods, so just try to relax about it and find out for sure.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 March 2007): I'd say you're in the clear, but just to be safe, buy a pregnancy kit. While you're at the pharmacy, buy some condoms. Pregnancy's not the only thing to be worried about, after all.
