It was stolen because after i called it, it rang a few times, after 5-6 calls, it stopped. So i'm assuming the thief took my sim card out. I called my network provider and got it disconnected. Now I have some pretty compromising pictures of myself on my memory card. And it makes me sick to think about who could be going through them right now.My phone had a lock code, plus it had avast anti theft, so i dont think the thief can really unlock my phone. He just has my memory card there.I dont know what to do :( its making me sick thinking about what could possibly be happening to them :(What do i do? Reply to this Question Share |

lanawolf is verified as being by the original poster of the questionHi, yes I now realise how stupid I was in keeping those pics on my phone. I've learned my lesson :( just that it constantly nags me as to who could be looking at them right now or how they could be misused :(
But it's been 4 days now. I'm starting to think about it lesser and lesser. But still, I'm always gonna worry and regret it :((

I'm sure the pics are not as bad as you think they are and the thief may have no interest in them. For all you know the thief is female and she would delete them as soon as she saw them. My guess is that the thief sold your phone to someone else and got rid of the memory because that's evidence that he / she stole the phone. The worst is already over. You've learned your lesson. We've all done things like this. You'd be surprised how some young women have no issue sending naked pics of themselves to their boyfriends or guys they're interested in. Don't worry about this. Years from now, you'll be laughing about this incident with your girlfriends when you reminisce about the silliest things you've ever done. Think of this experience as fodder for future laughs. It's not as bad as it seems is what I'm trying to tell you.

Well, all you can really do is learn from this. Do NOT have pictures you don't want seen by others on your phone.

Hey, As you are saying your images are saved on your memory card, so the thief has nothing to do with avast thrft antivirus or lock code. He will just swipe out the memory card from your phone and will attah it to his phone and all your stuffs can be visible to him.
Now you can do nothing instead of reporting to police about your lost phone or praying that the thief should not be able to view your pics!!
Be carefull from next time.
