I had a miscarriage and it was my first pregnancy. I lost the baby at four and a 1/2 months...it was devastating.
Family doctor's recommend you wait the x number of months you would have delivered to try and get pregnant again. Give your body a rest.
I have had four full term pregnancies after the one miscarriage.
You are able to have children again as long as it was not health related-heart/liver disease, diabetes..ect.
Pre-natal vitamins are excellent and are now recommended.
After a miscarriage; your doctor should have addressed your concerns so I say talk to your family doctor.
*hugs*

I shouldn't think so but do try and relax as it only happened the other day. however get to your gp and get youself checked over just to be sure as there is never an 100percent chance that someone is right.(aka me)

So im sorry for your miscarriage but this shouldnt effect your chances of having children in the future.

Good luck and don't forget the folic acid, it sounds nuts but I took It the day after I had the miscarriage. ( I was told by the doctor It reduces miscarriages but you have to take it 3 months before you try to concieve).

As far as I know, most miscarriages are normal in that it can be natures way of getting rid of a conception that is not developing right. There is no reason you should nit have a perfectly normal baby next time.
