Women are attracted to a man's self confidence, physique and charm in the main. However I do understand that scarring can undermine your confidence as I have a lot of scars myself. The best thing to do is go and see a dermatologist and ask about microdermabrasion and a heavy duty chemical peel - only a doctor can do a very strong chemical peel. I have had microdermabrasion which did hurt but the results are fantastic. I had one area near my mouth which was very pockmarked and now you can hardly see them at all - really only I know that the skin isn't perfect there. It also makes you look years younger! A british soap actor who was very heavily pitted and scarred had it done recently and now his skin is really smooth. If like me this damaged and knocked your confidence definitely consider having this done. It will make a difference although with men women like I said are not put off by scars it is all a personality thing.
