A female Philippines age 36-40, anonymous writes:

i've got pregnant in dubai which is out of marriage. my first baby. i requested an emergency leave in my work and they allowed me to go not informing them the real reason. company is expecting that i will return to the promise date. i was 2months pregnant that time so i still have 7months to deliver my baby in my country. i then wrote a promisory letter to my employer telling the truth and ask them to still give me the chance going back to my work after delivery to refrain absconding. they accepted my letter but since im more than 6months out in uae, they asked me to provide a maternity certificate to justify myself for my new visa. but still i have fear going back in uae, am i still safe entering uae? i dont want to be in jail, just wanna have job to provide the needs of my baby. hope you can advice me thanks.

These are questions for immigration authorities. If you do not comply with the terms of your visa, you will be in trouble. Don't let shame make you break the law or lie.

Find yourself a good immigration attorney and let him, or her, walk you through all the proper procedures. You have to protect yourself from all prejudices and comply with immigration laws. You also have to be honest with your employer; and send the maternity certificate as requested.

It's too late to be hiding anything.
