writes:So me and my gf of two years broke up in november, before then we lived togethor for a year then in Aug. I had to move away for grad school so it became a long distance relationship and it was going okay. Until I found out she was talking to her ex again as friends, but it still pissed me off. So we tried a fresh start but I couldn't get over it, I asked her to work on building my trust. This was in Oct. and more and more fights started to occur because of my insecurities and lack of trust for her. Then in Nov. she wanted to take a break and I didn't think she would do it so I told her to just break up with me. Since then we text back and forth, then 3 weeks later I had a layove where she lived so we decided to spend 3 days together. Which was stupid on my part because I got sucked right back in. We had a great time and she kept telling me how much she loved me and missed me. 3 days later at the airport she said don't worry let's just take a break and maybe in a few months will get back together if you change.She completely turned it around on me, so I decide to start ignoring her because she doesn't want to be with me now why bother. So a week later my friend dies and she calls me when I'm crying after the funeral, she tells me how sorry she is for everything and she loves me, I told her just give me a month and will start talking again and make this alright again. This all makes me so happy, so I send her texts and wrote her a nice email. Two weeks later I find out she is already sleeping with someone. The day before I found out she told me "I have nothing to worry about and She loves me". Now I'm completely devastated how someone could be so cruel and already be sleeping around. Then when I called her out on it she wouldn't answer her phone and said to relax we are broken up. I lost it saying a lot of mean things to her, she wrote me an email saying I was so mean and that yeah she hooked up with someone because we are broken up, but we were just together 3 weeks before that. I just can't figure out how she can say all those things to mess with my head then go and sleep with someone? If someone can help me figure this one out? I personally feel that she never loved me or she wouldn't have done this. It sucks because I tried to get her back and I thought spending 3 days together would make her miss me, but it only messed my head up more. please help
