writes:Well erm where to start...i am suppozed to be meeting this lad today but i needed to shave. me and ma mum are moving house so my grandad keeps coming to help us pack and things. anyway my mum and grandad were upstairs packin so i thought id chance it in da kitchen. My grandad came downstairs and caught me doing it :S thats not too much ov a problem although it is a bit discusting but i dont wnt my mum to know i shave dwn there incase she worries why. i tried to cover it up but i dont think it worked :S any ideas of what i can do? Don't worry about it, it shows you are well-groomed but you should reconsider any sexually activity at your age..the boy you are thinking about possibly is a sports star or is a few years older and has a car and seems cool. He probably just wants gratification and you are better off waiting for someone a little more special. Trust me, I was a teenage boy once! I know!

i wouldnt suggest telling her it itches, she will have a freaky "my-daughter-is-growing-up-to-fast" freak-out and think ou have crabs and that you got this by doing things with some guy, and that you thought it would get rid of it or something along those lines. i dunno really if it was me i would just hope nothing happened, and if it does then yeah use any excuse imaginable hehe

reader, anonymous, writes (9 November 2006): OOOh tough one, I would tell your Mum what happend and just act really embarrassed and maybe try to make a joke out of it.Tell your mum that you just wanted to neaten up down there as you felt it was getting a bit uncontrolable!.
I dont think you should be considering any sexual activity yet, your too young for that. Maybe this was a sign.!!.
And next time don't take such silly risks!!.

 Yes that sounds embarassing! But its no big deal really. You might want to tell your mom anyway... your grandad probably will and she'd rather hear it from you.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 November 2006): Its a natural thing for young females to do and you shouldnt be ashamed. Its your body, and you are free to do what you want with it. I believe your mother would be more understanding than you think, after all she went through puberty aswell.
You cant changed what has happened, so the best thing to do is carry on like normal, the only way she will find out is if your grandfather says anything. Otherwise she is going to be none the wiser, if she does find out Im sure she will give you chance just to explain.
