Do you think it's annoying that I told him I got him a present but I can't tell him what it is? Is it better not to tell him I got a present for him until I see him?(I know it's a silly question...) thanks. Reply to this Question Share |

I am just like you. I love blowing the surprise. When I get someone a gift, I'm dying to say, "guess whaaaaattt??? I got a giiiift for you!!!". Usually I do. And usually it's not as fun.
I really recommend holding it in and making it a complete surprise. I think it's way more romantic and way more appreciated when you just bust out a gift. It seems more genuine, spontaneous. And, I think he'll love it that much more!!
Good luck trying to keep that secret to yourself! Just remember that the look on his face will make it all worth it.

I'll talk about what I would like on this one.
I would prefer not knowing it before you give it to me. Because that way I won't spend time thinking "What did she bought for me, maybe it's this I told her I like, or that... " and usually you make an idea of what it may be.
The element of surprise doesn't give you the time to think about it, and it's more fun. Well for me it is anyway :)
