Toria agony auntIt is normal, you want the attention a boyfriend or someone interested in you gives you, makes you feel special and wanted therefore when you haven't got that you feel unwanted and that then makes you feel low, having a love interest gives you something to focus your mind on, someone to look forward to seeing etc.

Just concentrate on your friends and yourself and try not to worry about not having this right now, and to be honest chances are there is someone interested in you they just haven't come forward or shown any signs to you yet.

Good luck :o)

Because it makes you feel wanted and important. The most important thing is to appreciate yourself and not need a boyfriend to validate you. It is fun anticipating going out, chatting and being made to feel special. However, when you reach a mature age you will probably love time to yourself and go out of your way to get it. There must be things you enjoy doing alone and these will develop as the years pass.

You don't need just any old person, whoever you stay with will have to be very special and you will need to let him have times for his interests too. Golf....fishing..nights out with the boys. If you are not used to occupying yourself it can feel as though a void opens when you do find time to yourself. What you may be feeling is that there is something missing in your relationship with yourself. You will be comfortable with that when you find something important that you just love to do. I think you are missing a hobby or a cause that will really excite you and so you may be relying on being with a guy to fill that space. Don't worry, just look out for that thing and when you see it, do it.
