I Found semen on a paper towel, right after my bf has been there, Is he cheating on me!?

Ok, I think my boyfriend cheated on me. We are a gay couple, my first boyfriend for 3 years now, i'm 24 he is 29. My bf "Ben" has had a lot boyfriends before and cheated on 2 guys as far as I know. He has been nice to me and I still let him talk to his ex's and old friends. Till one sunday, when he decided to go out and eat with this guy "John". Supposedly they used to mess around sexually and they stopped talking after I became Ben's bf. Ben and John have been talking alot on myspace, nothing sexually. Sunday morning when he left I decided to check his myspace. To my surprise I found out that Ben started to joke with John making sexual comments. That morning I got so worried that I called Ben just to see what they were doing. When Ben answered his phone he told me that they have already finished and told him that he was gonna come back to the house in 15 mins. I told him that I was gonna be "out with my family" just to let him know that i was gonna be late.. and to see if he would cheat on me. Ben called me and told me that he was gonna show his friend the building where we worked in our business and that he was gonna be back at the house for 15mins. I got so paranoid, scared... I was loosing it! So, i got out, and parked across the building.. to my surprise they were already there.. 15mins passed and nothing so I called him and he didn't answered (weird, cuz he always answers when i call him and he hates having his cellphone off) after 7 min he called and I told him that i was gonna be back home in 10mins. After I hung up not even 2mins Ben and John got out of the building and left. I was gonna follow him just to see if Ben did something with that guy John.. but then I decided to stop at the building. I got inside the office and smelled cologne soo strong which belonged to John and I decided to check the garbage cans and i picked this paper towel... I just couldn't belive what I was touching.. semen. I was so mad, sad.... I dont know... I checked the other garbage can and i found 2 more paper towels with semen... I know that its semen cuz im a guy! I know what semen is! I touched it smelled it. When i went to the house, Ben was being soooo nice to me... Yeah, guilty. I confronted Ben about the semen but he denied everything! He told me that it must have been the owner of the building, and that the paper towels I had in the ziplock bag could have been just water... Im not that naive to believe that there was water on the paper towels. I'm still with him... but I dont know what to do? Any advice would help..... :(
