writes: Hi,I've been married 2 years to someone i've been with for 11 and we a 5 year old. for the past couple of years he has had problems with depression through family problems plus he finds it hard to communicateas a result he hasn't been very attentive.... :( he went away on business for 3 nights and when he came back i inadvertantly found a condom in his wash bag. i was mad and when i confronted him he said that it had fallen in when he emptied his other bag into it. this doesn't at all seem possible and willing to give him the benefit of the doubt... or should i? please advise the next step i don't want to forget about it as there is too much at stake. do you think a relationship counselor would help ( if i could get him there)

What other bag are you talking about? Is this a bag where he keeps condoms in order to use with you? If so, it may be a simple mistake. If not, I would be concerned.
Either way, you need to talk to him and explain how you feel. And I feel that you should see a relationship counselor together not just because of the condom but also in regards to his depression and how that is affecting the relationship.. He may need to see someone about his depression as well..
