writes:What should i do now? July 16th is my boyfriend's birthday but i thought it is july 17th. On july 16th, he had to go to another country for a few days and we would not be able to contact each other by phone or email so in our conversation, i said "happy birthday early" to him!!!!!!! (at that time, i still thought his birthday is in July 17th). What a stupid girl i am.i said sorry to him many many times and he said it's ok, not a big problem. i know he is very very sad and disappointed now. He loves me a lot and so do i. we have been together since August last year and this is his first birthday with me. i know it's very important to him and to me to show how much i love him. i'm the worst girlfriend ever in this entire whole world. can anybody give me an advice what i should do now to make it up for him? God, you're making a big drama out of this, aren't you! First up, you're not the worst girlfriend in the world. I got a great present on my birthday a few years ago when my girlfriend cheated on me. So you're not the worst by a mile. Look, it's your first birthday with him, and you let it slip by one day. You didn't totally forget about it. All right, he's upset. But he still loves you, and he'll get over it. When he gets back, take him out to dinner and spoil him a bit. But seriously, he will be all right.
