I faked a letter on headed paper from my head of subject saying I was a drama teacher there and that I earnt this much etc etc.. I never actually used it as realised how worng it was, instead I went to her and asked her to write me a refference, put I did print it and must have left it laying around the room. Anyway she has found it this morning, so dumb of me I know... she is not happy at all and I think I am about to get kicked off my course. I did explain that I did wirte it and I shouldn't of and never actually used it! but shes not happy. Thing is we were freinds before and also she is my subject mentor so can pass or fail me. Should I just drop out, I am dreading going into work! Thanks Reply to this Question Share |

Relax. You did not use the letter. You did not do the crime, you just thought about it. Unfortunately you put those thought on paper, but it is no worse. If she is your friend, she will realize this, especially since you asked her to write an actual recommendation. Keep the lines of communication open with her and apologize, if you haven't done so already.
