I think you are still feeling depressed and cant see the sunshine around the corner, this is often the case when we feel this way and sometimes we need the aid of someone else to help us through. Its never has bad as it seems, and there are things you can do to change your outlook.
I suggest talking this over with your GP/doctor. You have condidntioned yourself now to feeling this way, and cant see the wood for the trees. If you chat this over with your GP/doctor they can put you in touch with a counsellor who will be best to aid you to the quality of life that you want and to help you see how you can change it for the good.
You cant always do it on your own and theres no shame in seeking help if the end result is a good happy life.
A counsellor will indentify your issues, make you feel better again, allow you to feel more positive.
Also try some relaxation techniques, yoga something like that, any excercise also changes the wave patterns in the brain for a feel good factor... do things that make you want to get out there and bite life... dont wallow and feel like its never going to change get out and change it, now i knows its now easy thats why a counsellor will help, someone to help you, guide you through, but you have to put some input in yourself.
There really is light at the end of the tunnel you just need to allow yourself to see it!
Grab the chance and take it with both hands to get control again.
Take care x x
