My friends tell me that I'm skinny and don't need to lose any weight, but I can't look in a mirror as I feel physically repulsive, and find shopping for clothes hard, as I hate taking my clothes off. I've been trying to watch what I eat, and exercise reguarly for about 4 months now, yet haven't really noticed any difference.I hate feeling fat, and I know it's mostly mentally,as there are happy fat people, so I want to have what they have.I think that if I just lose the bit of weight I'm not happy with, then I'll be happier. What can I do to lose the last bit of weight?, and feel happy with my body.Anyone got any help for me?

If you think yourself, that you look 'kinda good' in the mirror then you need to get that 'kinda good' to 'very good' and you can do this pretty easy with good motivation.
Cut out carbs [Eg. Potatoes and fatty foods]
Walk instead of catching the bus or driving.
Buy a excercise bike or even a running machine and blast out music as you exercise.
Go for jogs or walks early morning or late at night or on your bike.
And lose a stone and you will think you look great!
Motivation is the key! If you are motivated you can do anything! Good luck!
