When I was 15, I used to think 18 was old. Now I'm 18 I don't think that. Don't let age get you down, when you leave school you still got two years of college to go and maybe even uni before you go into that big world.

Feeling old at 15,no way, your at the most wonderful part of your life, you should be happy that all the wonderful events in your life are yet to happen, you seem to have got yourself into a bit of a rut, come on babe break out of it, your doing fine, stop worrying, get out there and enjoy yourself, life is incredible, chill out, go out,and start enjoying your life.

One thing it is easy to forget is that the pace of life for teenagers and the demands on them these days is very great. A lot of kids are walking around sleep-deprived, with only their youthful vigor to keep them going. This still doesn't mean though that they are well-rested. Also a person from a stressed family life can also "feel old" at a young age. That was me. I had a very stressed home life and I too felt "old" at 15.
You are not old-- just tired, or *tried* (ie, you are generally feeling stressed out), and at 15 this is a common thing here in dysfunctional family/super-achieving America. What to do with this: time for talk. Talk to your doctor at your next check-up or make an appt. to see the dr. (or in your case, ask one of your parents to do it) for a consult. You should also ask y9ourself not just about the physical demands on you but also the emotional ones. Take some inventory here: any alcoholism/drug addiction or usage in the family, past or present? Do voices get raised regularly among some or all your family members? These are signs of some kind of heavy stress on the people in the house, coming either form outside the family or from within it. These are factors, too. If you have that going on, aslo tell the doctor. medicine is not just about physical ailments but emotional ones too.
Could also be you just need a vacation. :)

The key is to live in the present moment and not worry about the future. Live for now, and tommorrow will take care of its self. Life is short, so make the most of every second, and that does not include worrying! Life's amazing, so go live it!!

There is no miracle cure to 'feel better' at a young age. People develop mentally and physically at different rates especially girls. Girls are very mature at a much younger age than boys. You have to learn to accept the way you look. You are beautiful and alot of people don't have that gift. Just be careful to not let outside forces influence the way you feel about yourself. You are the person who decides how you think about yourself. Be happy with who you are. It takes a while but it will happen.
You're not alone.
