writes:I have this weird problem like uhh sometimes when im in school i will have teachers help me and you know when you know someone is behind you and like right over your shoulder...I kinda like that but whats odd is that 5 of my teacher are male and they are the ones that i need help in there classes is this because i may be attracted because i dont think im gay or is it because i like having people around...I get like a odd feeling when my teachers are helping me or over my shoulder... Is this normal?

I guess its because at my house i am like messed up at because you know the country.... wind blows... animals knock up around your window.... I guess teachers make me feel protected with their life =/

reader, anonymous, writes (12 November 2007): They are teachers so you should feel comfortable and safe. If you dont then have a word with the headmaster or one of your parents. Dont worry, i am sure there is nothing to worry about.

 The word is SAFE and protected, and in touch. This is perfectly normal, and i wouldn't worry if i were you. You are connecting with another human being, in a very nice way. In that moment when they are helping you, you are the vulnerable party, and they are the protector / advisor. Exactly the way it should be in school.

reader, anonymous, writes (12 November 2007): when you say odd feelings... do you mean that you get "nervous" "shy" etc... usually feelings that people have when they have a crush on someone? maybe you're not 100% gay, but you could be turned on by males. i am a female and it also happens to me as well for my English teacher
