Seeing as you are in the 13-15 age range, you're still young! Wanting to be close to another person of the opposite sex is perfectly normal though. However, be aware of what you are doing because you may regret it later on down the road. And if you do end up having sex with him, use protection!;) Maybe this is a topic that you should bring up with him casually next time you hang out? Tell him about how you fell about it and what you want out of your relationship! Love and lust are two completely different things, although they often go hand-in-hand. :)
