Question - (8 October 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 8 October 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I have recently split with my partner of one year. I am quite upset by this yes, however his best friend told me that he would be interested in starting a relationship with me. Having had strong feelings for him in the past I said I would be most interested but suggested leaving it a while as I do not wish to upset my ex so suddenly.

However, I am begining to believe that his friend is having second thoughts about a relationship as he has become most distant and angry over nothing apparent. I am uncertain how to handle this situation.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

M.

penguin64 agony auntJust leave it. Doesn't sound worth it if he can't understand what you said. OR he might have realised how shitty it would be of him to get with you because of his mate. There's certain rules about that, so now he's decided to back off.
