Hon, I believe that you may want to talk to a therapist. That is my honest opinion. If you really, truly desire to harm yourself, then I think that you should try talking to someone.

-God be with you,

Francelys agony aunthey i understand how you feel,

and it might have something to do with your young age and the changes going on in your body with all the hormones. i have been suffering from depression and it started when i was 13. It can really mess up relationships with family friends and in the future with bf's. i was a very angry person and i began meditating to relax my mind and maybe control my anger. it worked for me but i stopped for a couple of years now im going through things that have triggered my anger all over again. the advice that i have for you is to find the method that will help you relax and get your mind straight: try meditating, yoga, start a journal to express what youre feeling, or find someone you can trust in to speak about what youre feeling.. if none of those things work you should speak to your parents or seek medical help. but i can really relate to you and i hope everything clears up for you its a hard thing to overcome but you need to sorround yourself with good energy

good luck and god bless

You shouldn't feel this way. If you feel like you want to hurt yourself then get some help.
