I feel chemistry with him, except for when we're kissing

A female Australia age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Can one person feel chemistry and the other nothing on a date? I've been dating a great guy for a little while now and we've kissed a few times and, well, I don't really feel much from the kiss. He seems to get into it though. I feel strongly attracted to him when we dance together or just sit holding each other close but the kissing isn't doing much for me. What would you do in my situation?
