I took birth control pills for about 6-7 months, I stopped taking them about 2 months ago because I missed a pill and me and my boyfriend thought I'd gotten pregnant. So the past couple weeks I've been having a fever and sore throat and a feeling like I'm guna puke sensation. I'm supposed to get my period in a couple days so I don't know if I could be pregnant or not. Is it possible?

Ok first answer, do a test and see a doctor! Secondly a sore throat, general malaise, pyrexia, and nausia seem to be the symptoms of a common cold not pregnancy!
But if you are silly enough to have unprotected sex while not taking the pill, then I can understand you getting the two confused.
In summary Yes you could be pregnant and have a cold as well!

Have you been regularly having unprotected sex since being off the pill?
I'm confused. You stopped taking the pill because you thought you might be pregnant. Did you find out you weren't and you just never started taking the pill again?
