 Becarful with sex toys huni being so young they can cause damage and make sure you clean them fully before and afterwards with the proper cleaning stuff, but to be honest i wouldnt use your mums toys there for personal use only and your a bit young to be using them

But about the goey stuff and feeling cold "down there" I cant really help because im not a girl. My best guess is that the gooey stuff you have is most likely bodily fluids that act as a lubricant. And I am taking a guess that your moms toys might have a little bit of lubricant on them that feels cold. Other than that im clueless. Hope this helps
