I faked an orgasm and pulled out after only a minute. Is there a chance she will be pregnant?

A male United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

My girlfriend and me had sex last night. We were both a little drunk, but we made the use of the tow condoms we had. About 20 minutes after sex, she gets a little excited, and asks me to put it inside her. Even though I was in the state I was, I knew that she wasn't on the pill and that we didn't have any condoms left. Regardless, I slipped back inside her for a short period of time (a minute or so at most), before faking an orgasm and pulling out.

What are the chances she may be pregnant?

Thanks for the support. She took the pill yesterday, so I'm now nice and relaxed. It's nice to know that we can both trust eachother when we experience problems like this.

Thanks so much to all of you for your support

Tisha-1 agony auntSounds like you've got it all handled. Good job, and be sure to be supportive and remember SHE'S the one who has to take drugs because of this. She asked for it, true, but her consequence is much worse than yours.

Good luck!

Good news, she's been in touch, and I'm going round to hers later, where we'll most likely go and buy her a pill. I'd like to think I've handled this situation well. I admit that terrible mistakes were made, but in the end I've learned a lesson from this

Thanks for the advice. Just to make myself clearer, we used 2 condoms, but I did not orgasm while using the 1st. The I had an orgasm while using the 2nd. Then I went back in unprotected about 20 minutes later. I feel like such an idiot. I still haven't heard from her. I had to leave early this morning while she was sleeping, so I've sent her a message. It's nice to know we have a few days before she absolutely must take action, but still, I hope she gets back to me soon!

k_c100 agony auntAs for the morning after pill - if this incident was within 72 hours then yes by all means get the morning after pill. But if it has been longer than that then it wont work, so time is really of the essence with the morning after pill!

The morning after pill is free from the doctors and special walk in clinics - ring NHS direct or look on the NHS website to find your nearest clinic where they can give it to her.

It would make sense for her to take it - just tell her there is a chance she could be pregnant so you would feel happier if she would go with you to the clinic/doctors to get it. Hopefully she will listen!

k_c100 agony auntThere is a small chance she could be pregnant but only a very small one at that, depending on what time in her cycle she is at.

Basically pre-cum contains sperm so that can get a girl pregnant, so even if you dont ejaculate inside her the pre-cum can still do the job. But if you had already had sex twice and achieved an orgasm both times then the amount of pre-cum will have been fairly small but still there would have been some.

Try not to worry too much, wait and see if she misses her next period and then you can start to worry. If you are planning on having regular sex then I would suggest you get your girlfriend to the doctors and sort out some form of birth control - you cant keep taking risks like this!

I hope this helps!

Also, I've pleaded with her to get a morning after pill, and I've offered to buy it for her. I just want peace of mind, so I don't care about the money at all!
