I'm not exactly huge, but I'm not happy with myself.I've felt this way for most of my life, and I've lost weight but I'm still not happy. It's come to the point where I'm obsessive about my weight, always putting myself down and so on.I can never wear clothes that I like because I always look at myself and think 'No way, I look HUGE' which is really annoying.I exercise every day, about an hour I'd say, and I eat quite healthy. I don't know what else to do.It seems that I will never be happy about myself, and it seems like a massive obstacle in my life, and I need to overcome it to be happy.Help? try and talk to someone because it sounds like you have low self esteem

try going to your GP he might have some ideas as to why you are not shedding the pounds OR you could try a personal trainer, they'll know loads of ways for you to shed pounds safely!

Did you get bullied about your weight? If that's the case then ignore it, bullies just want power over someone in which they think is weaker than them and will use anything against you, even if you weigh slightly more than them (that then will be their excuse to bully). If that's not the case then answer the first question (when were you first unhappy with yourself) and then trace back to what was happening around that period in time. That way it'll help you pick yourself up and stop being unhappy (if you solve the problem).

That is wonderful that you are excercising daily, so many young people are inactive these days and it is a national health crisis in the US. I don't know what kind of excercise you are doing, but you may want to increase the cardio to 20 min- 30 min every other day, you know, jogging, cycling or doing an elyptical machine. You may be eating very healthy, but are you keeping track of your calories? Losing weight requires eating less calories than it takes to maintain your current weight,
I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your weight issues, I would hate for you to try and lose weight if you don't need to, or that you just have such a poor body image that you think you are heavy when you are not...that said, figure out together what your daily calorie intake should be based on your activity level.

Everyone has something about there body they dont like,so so be too bad on your self. You are young and in a fiew more years when your body has matured a bit more you will notice nice curves, and like your body. Yes exercise is good as long as you dont over do it and eating healthy is good but enjoy your self as we are only young once.
If you are trying to inpress someone by wanting to get stick thin then dont because it could end up making you very unwell.
Just do what you are doing now as you seem to have the right idea, but make sure that you know enough is enough.
You will be fine flower.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
