A female United Kingdom age 30-35, *Raa writes:

John got together with my best friend again, and I just can't stop crying. When me and John were together it was like we were meant to be, electricity went off whenever we were together. But now that he's gone, I feel empty. I've gained a lot of weight because I'm trying to eat away the emptiness inside, I'm just really hurt, I love him.

A female reader, myp United States +, writes (2 June 2010):

myp agony auntWell to be honest that makes john more than a bit of a bastard. Disrespect much??! what kind of man sleeps with his exes bestfriend? ick! ok sorry i had to get that out, regardless of his actions i know how it feels to be heartbroken, it is the most painful feeling in the world and yes chocolate and cookies and cake helps.... to a point. The reason people eat when they get upset is because of this little hormone called seratonin. Seratonin is a hormone in your brain that makes you happy!, this hormone is triggered by a lot of things but a big one is CARBOHYDRATES, so all those comfort foodss are literally telling your brain that you feel better. Unfortunately this pattern usually has a crappy affect on your waistline, which in turn would make any body concious woman even more upset. The way to continue that happy feeling you get from carbs and trim down your waistline is with exercise. Exercise kicks in these other things in your brain called endorphins!! more happy hormones :] and exercise relieves stress and gets your mind focused on you again. So get active, swim or run or do pilates, and then think about you for a while not everybody else and their backstabbing disgutingness. Think about how beautiful and GREAT you are and how you deserve somebody who's going to see the good qualities in you and appreciate you for your awesomeness.

Feel free to PM me.

Good luck hon :]

Johns a nob, unless this is fake, there is something about the way you write... But I'll give you the benifit of the doubt.

Just as I went to write an answer I realised...there is no question, just a statement
