Since then I dunno what is wrong with me but I haven't felt sociable and just want to be quiet and have time alone. I've worked this weekend quite hard and got quite badly sunburnt and I still feel the same. A bit moody and not talkable. I dunno why, is it just me? Or something deeper because I can't think of anything other than feeling a bit stressed about going away on holiday alone with my girlfriend and flying and all that.

Sometimes it is just normal for people to want to 'hide' and just have some time to themselves, where they do nothing or something independantly. As you said it could be stress it could be you've been sociable alot lately and just want to spend time alone. It happens to alot of people in their lives and thing thng is as long as you dont go to into 'hiding' that you reject your commitments. As if you do you can hurt those around you

If you are that concerned about how you are feeling i would suggest booking an appointment with your doctor and discussing with them, there is no shame in it and they might be able to come up with a logical answer for it.
Take care .xx.
