writes: So the dream starts with me looking in the mirror and my reflection tells me, "You will be very lonely when you are 32"... I sort of scoff at the mirror and go into my bedroom, and my Ex gf is laying on the bed in lingerie! We say nothing, I just crawl over to her and we start frenching. The kiss was all I felt.. it was wet... very very wet. The wettest kiss I've ever had, in dreaming or in reality. It was like a pulsing ocean in my mouth or something. So wet. Anyway, The kiss was pleasant, despite its strangeness, but the old fiery passion I used to feel every time we kissed wasn't there... just a sort of pleasant feeling, almost on the side of indifference. After a lonnng time just frenching (We didn't seem to need to be able to breathe) My stomach started to rumble and boil and it took over the sensation of the kiss for a second. She broke contact then and excused herself to the bathroom or something... I followed her out into the hall, but the hall was dark and empty and foreboding.I awoke in a cold sweat going what the heck.. Was that a nightmare or a good dream? I am confused. And what does it all mean?

 Actually this is pretty clear - I will give you a Jungian interpretation:The mirror is obviously you looking at yourself. The wetness in the kiss, and your thinking of oceans, indicates your unconscious which is trying to get in touch with you. (Water in dreams most often symbolizes the unconscious mind). Your mind is basically reminding you of how you came to feel in your relationship (the lack of fire, passion, etc.) by the action of kissing. Following her into the dark hallway - the hallway represents a passage that exists within you're inner "house", and it is a passage that you entered when you lost the passion. You may not have known this during your relationship, considering you said you felt consciously complacent, but your mind is telling you otherwise - that you actually felt more alone than you might have lead yourself on to believe. The rumbling in your stomach was probably you're stomach growling in your sleep.A friend of mine who specializes in Jungian psychology assisted me with the interpretation.Hope it helps.

 it sounds like a nightmare. Do you miss her? After a kiss that could have been of indifference may reflect her not wanting to be with you anymore? And her fading away into the hall may reflect her not being in your life. That is why i ask if you missed her.
