I'm going to give you some honest advice here....
You say you are spending more time with your best friends mum? This give you the perfect opportunity to tell this woman exactly what type of idiot your friend is going out with.
To try to insist on blow jobs whilst others are watching is nothing short of perverse and your friend deserves better than that.
Stop looking at this as some kind of battle between you and the other guy. Instead, focus on being a good friend to this poor girl.
Right now she needs rescuing, if you arent able to do that for her, I'm sure her mother will be happy to step in.
Please trust me on this, if everything you have written is true, this is a story of an abusive relationship. See it that way rather than becoming jealous.
Ultimately the end result will hopefully be the same - this idiot will be shown the door and your friend will be free of him.
