writes:i am living in qatar,with my mom and its just the 2 of us now, and i met a guy, we are from different race, and different religion, its been only few months since we know each other around 4 months, but then we know we love each other, so we decided to tell my mom, but she is not accepting him because of his race, and having a relationship in this country is illegal due to culture. i am really confuse right now because i dont want to hurt my mom, but i am really hurt if i move away from him,he is willing to be with me though, but seeing my mom being hurt, is also hurting me. please i really need an advice thanks Reply to this Question

janna03 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthanks for the reply, actually as of now, im not continuously loving him, and the same with him, we decided to stay with each other coz we are hoping that maybe someday they will be able to accept us. am i selfish? what difference does it make if we are from different race? It really hurts coz i cant even go out with him, im 24 yrs old and i feel like they are controlling me..
