Girl B hates girl A's guts. You have eyes but you don't see. If you like A why B cannot like A ? It is because both of them are females and you are the male in between.
You do not have a choice. You can select one and the other will leave.
If you don't want to lose any , be fair to both. Kill your fancy for A.
The choice is yours.
Do you want to be happy or others unhappy .
Or you unhappy while others are happy .

Well, i'd say this is something you have to deside on your own, it depends on how close you and her (b) are, if shes a true friend, she wouldnt mind you and (a) being together, and if she isnt cool with that, then she seriously hates her(a) or she may want to be a little closer than you think....Goodluck!
