She isn't fat (she is slightly heavier than me and some of our friends, but I think many of our friends are either naturally skinny or are underweight themselves)she isn't overweight and doesn't look fat at all.I really really don't want her to become anorexic like me and have to go through what I've been through and am going through. But I don't know what to do to make her see that she's not fat at all (for example, if someone said to me, 'you're not fat' I wouldn't believe them- I don't know if this is just because I'm anorexic or not). Please help me; I don't think people realise how hard anorexia is to battle with, and they don't know what they're doing to themselves until its too late. As far as I know she hasn't been trying to starve herself or anything yet, but I can't let it get to that stage. Thanks x

Then show her how skinny she really is and let her compare her body to a photo of someone who is fat(not to sound mean to fat people). If she starts to starve herself or anything tell her parents for help(she might hate you for doing that, but later she will realise that you helped her). It will be hard but help her through it.
