So i was going to ask Taylor out but then she said it would be best if we stopped talking. i'm confsued. she wouldnt even tell me why. she just bye. she wont talk to me or anything. what do i do? i need help. i tried stopping her and nothing worked.  I think maybe she's confused. I don't think talking to her will help at this point, just give her some space and be prepared to move on if she doesn't call you again.

Maybe this Taylor girl didn't know you broke up with your girlfriend or she may have a boyfriend you don't know about.
You need to call her or talk to her in person and tell her that you have broken up with your girlfriend. Tell her how you feel about her and tell her that you want to ask her out.
All you can do is tell someone how you feel and hope they feel the same, there isn't any use in avoiding each other and always being confused.
I hope everything goes well with Taylor, it sounds like you really care for her.
