I don't understand my friend

Dear Cupid i dont get my friend she and i make plans together but in the end shes done it without telling me for example she ask me if i wanted to help her sell makeup and i said ya then 2 months later shes selling makeup on her own,or when i told her we should go to the club she kept telling me shes too fat thats why she doesnt want to go but then 3 days later she text me saying shes at the club(that was shoking to me cuz she told me for 2 months that shes too fat and she does not want to go till she loses weight)then she and i had a planed to get this guy to want me like i wanted him but after i followed up on that she text that guy(but i coulnt see everything she was texting him),and my friend was interested in cosmotoligy and i was interested in becoming a makeup artist and then now my friend wants to go to a makeup school,somtimes i feel like everything i tell her i want to do she ends up doing and i dont get why she tries to make plans with me if in the end she doesnt come through with me but herself,im a good friend and always stayed true to what i say so im confused on her part

WHY DO YOU THINK SHE DOES THAT???
