It's a possibility that he's jealous, but I would recommend NOT having a relationship with someone at your workplace. If things don't turn out the way it suppose to be, things can get really ugly around the office.
My question is, are you interested in this guy? It shouldn't matter to you if he's jealous or not if you don't like him. But if you insist on finding out what's going on, you should confront him personally and ask him yourself. Not ask if he's jealous or not, but maybe ask why he didn't want the ride that you normally give. If he puts you off and acts immature, then it's something that's not worth pursuing, but if he responds with some truth and candor, then that's another story. Best of luck to ya!
