 well it sounds like all your relationship has been based on is sex and after awhile that starts to get a little old. maybe try doing something with your girlfriend that doesn't involve sex. like treating her out to a night in the town. there's still hope for guy's relationship but try satisfying her emotionally more than you do physically. hope I helped!

Some time, when things are quiet and peaceful, tell her you want to talk about something which has become important for you..... and show her a copy of this submittal and tell her that you wrote it....
Tell her that you are still in love with her.... but that the changes that you perceive have made you question if the love you (and she) had previously, is the same, today....
Ask for her input and advice, and use that as a stepping-off point for the two of you do discuss how things will go in the future....
