Doesn't matter, exactly the same advice still counts. The cold sore virus can cause ulcers, or it could just be another sign that you're a bit run down.
I tend to get ulcers after I've had a cold or after a week of partying as my immune system has taken a beating and can't keep up.
Good Luck!! xx

When you are on your period, you lose a lot of iron (rust and blood are both red for a reason) and without iron, you can't use vitamin C as well.
Without vitamin C your immune system goes down hill, and when that happens, a stupid little virus like the one that causes cold sores can actually show symptoms. You have it all the time but most of the time you can fight it off no problem.
Take some multi vitamins with iron, drink orange juice, eat lots of nice fruit and veg and you may see a difference.
Cold sores on your lip are NOTHING to do with fertility, so please please please be VERY careful with sex, and don't risk pregnancy.
Good Luck!! xx
