A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Hi, I have a problem with my fiancée

new friend. He started a new job in November and he met this guy his

colleague who always wants to hang out

with him. Now I met the guy and he is a

bit of a loner... But he is very annoying

and rude and always interupts- which is

oviously why he has no mates. My bf

invited him out with us for a day and not

only did we have to do what he wanted

he has a hygiene problem!

My bf is very kind hearted and takes pity

on him. So I hav now started making

excuses not to hang out with him. My

bf knows my feelings but finds it funny! Help!!

Laura1318 agony auntYou should be able to tell your b/f about his new friend without any bias or prejudices and he would make sure that your wish will be respected.

Maybe , it is only once in a blue moon.If he is sensitive enough he should sense your discomfort and won't invite him out again.

The Realist agony auntYou need to be honest with your bf and tell him that you don't like this guy, but its really up to your bf if he wants to hang out with this guy. He needs to understand that you two need time to yourself. Just be honest and don't be too hard on that other guy, then your bf should know he has to make an effort to do something about it.
