"the thing is lucy is ok with it?"
It is never ok when a partner becomes unfaithful. Hell has no wrath for a woman scorned.
"when lucy an i met up she wouldn't hold my hand?"
Maybe she knows. There are no secrets that are not revealed specially when one of the participants is alive - Lucy's friend.
"however i haven't told her i regret what i did. should i?"
Honesty is the best policy. You made a mistake and it is for you to learn from it. If I were you, I would tell Lucy of what I did and show remorse. It is up to her how she would take it. Either good or bad, its there already. It is better for you to break the news to her than Lucy's friend or someone who heard about this. If she hears something about this from another person, that would be a shame on her part. Lastly, if Lucy breaks up with you which is around 95% sure, be prepared.
We make mistakes and from these mistakes, we become better individuals before.

Lucy would've been the one to go with, but you messed it up getting off with her BEST FRIEND.
that isnt good...
if ur a good looking guy, find someone else, and dont basically cheat on them.
good luck with being friends with Lucy again.
