We had sex a few times from the first week of february and broke up. I met up with my ex on the 12th Feb and had sex with him at night time and I had the morning after pill on feb 14th morning.I found out I was pregnant on the 28th feb and my test said 1-2 weeks but I had taken that in the afternoon so I took another this morning and it said 2-3 weeks. My doctor said there is no way of knowing who the dad is but i'm sure it was my long term partner

I don't have an Magic 8-ball, so the only way to know for sure is through a DNA test.

Tell your ex boyfriend that you are pregnant, and that it is likely his child. Although if you have had any other partners in the meantime, you should alert these men as well.
I believe once the child is born, or perhaps even earlier, it is possible to have a DNA test to see who the father is.

Hi OP
I'm not sure what advice you are looking for here as you don't seem to be asking a question.
As to who the father is, if your doctor says there is no way of knowing at this stage then none of us here will have any better idea than them.
Are you back together with your long term partner now? And do either of the men know that you are pregnant? If you are going to tell them I would recommend you are honest with them about the situation.
Why are you so sure the father is your long term partner?
