 Ok, he likes fashion... Maybe a book about the history of fashion. Or look to see if there are any fashion shows in your area you could get him tickets for.
Does he like to design his own fashions? Perhaps some sewing stuff.
Does he watch fashion shows? There are a couple of series out there that you might be able to pick up on DVD for him.
