Let's see i just met this guy a month ago and he is really nice and he's cool and everything and finished his 3 yrs in the marines and wants to take me out on a date, but i told him i would let him know. The thing is last year my best friend of almost 6 yrs and i were video chatting since he had moved to oklahoma because he was starting he's basic training and he confessed to me that if i had had the guts to confess to him a couple days before that i was in love with him that he should tell me too, so he told me that he also had feelings for me. But now he's in georgia and i rarely communicate with him anymore, well i do but he doesn't. So i dont know what to think anymore i dont know if he changed his mind or what, he hasn't brought it up after he told me so i dont know what to do, please help me. Should i come straight out and confront him about it? im so confused what should i do?

The reason he isn't contacting you as much could be a number of things, it could be that he's just too busy what with his training, or perhaps he got a little embarrassed after announcing he liked you and you didn't tell him the same, or perhaps he's trying to make you think that he's not interested so you'll be more interested. When someone thinks that can't have something they want it twice as much. It could be anyone of those things but I think you should be up front and ask him if he still has feelings for you. I hope this helps. Good luck
