I think you should tell her, and if she overreacts about it, remind her of what she did. Don't break up with her or anything. Just tell her.

Unless there is no way of her finding out on her own. Then don't tell her.

talk to her alone and make sure no one else finds out otherwise she will feel really humiliated tell her the truth tell her what you did and say you are truly sorry and hope she will forgive you. then back off for a bit and wait for her decision.
