 If she's going out with you, you can be pretty reassured that she likes you. If she didn't like you, she wouldn't spend time with you. Sorry, but there's no magical symbol that appears in the air when a girl's interested. You just have to take it on faith that she wouldn't go out with you if she didn't enjoy your company.
Having said that, though, you are awfully, awfully young to be worried about dating at age 11. Why not give the whole agonising world of dating a miss for a few more years? You've got at least another seventy years to find a girlfriend; why try to rush into such a fraught world of headaches and insecurities before you really need to?
Enjoy seeing girls and enjoy socialising with them, but don't obsess over having a girlfriend, not at your age. Eek! Pre-teen (and even teenage) girls are notoriously fickle in their interests anyway, so you'll find that a girl who likes you in August might say she hates you in September and loves you again before Christmastime. Trust me, you don't need these headaches at this time in your life...

 Girls will laugh at your jokes more and will be near you constanly. She will touch your arm or brush your shoulder a bit more often too.
If you want an easy way to test how they feel with out too much risk, try this:
While hanging out in a group, let her catch you looking at her for just a second. Look her in the eye for just a bit longer than you are used to - not too long just a second or two.
Girls tend to follow other girls in attraction. They need to know you are a hot guy and other girls would think so. Don't lie or make any girl look bad, just make your life outside of them seem full and fun.
If after a little flirt, she does not seem to be looking at you more and sitting near you more, she probably is not interested. Girls will flirt more and stare when they like you. They might also attack a bit more and be hyper so you will notice them. If they play tag for example and they are intent on getting you, and when they tag you they shove, this is acutally a good not a bad sign.
It is a fact that 11 year old girls will seem to attact the boys they like. It gets easier as they mature though so don't worry, they won't beat you up in the name of love forever.
But relax, she is with you so I'm sure she likes you. Does she phone or send you notes or email? These are definately very good signs too. The more attention she gives the better she likes you.
