There is this girl and we recently started talking on the phone and apparently 1 I don’t know how to start a conversation. I’m fine talking it’s just first starting to talk I either know what I’m going to say and I can’t say it or I don't know what to say and I just babble until I can think of something. And 2 this is a real text she sent me after " seriously practice not to go um um um and a-a-and” so there’s also that. Anyone know what are good subjects to start talking about, how to start talking about them, and stutter less? We are just friends and we usually just text and type online, but I love talking to her and I want to be able to keep talking so can someone help? Thank You

Keep things simple. Ask her whats new in her life? what her interests are? try to ask open ended questions... which will lead her into a lot of details about things and then from there in her answers you can ask further questions so the convo has a better chance to flow naturally. good luck.
