I have a large teenage crush on him, I go all red around him and can't seem to stop smiling. He knows I'm a young girl and probably would never enter into anything with me because of our age gap, as he is a respectful and sensible person. I'm just not sure how to handle myself around him, in a way that I'm friendly as his co-worker but don't make my crush a problem for us working together. I can't help but go giggly and flirty sometimes but I don't know how to stop and not appear blunt or off with him. Please advise me on how to handle this, so I don't make him feel awkward and I can be friendly without grinning in his face all starry eyed.

If he's in his twenties; he's used to young girls crushing. It's a perfectly natural thing. Just don't go out of your way to show you have a crush. If you blush, that's a giveaway. It's totally harmless.
It's okay to get red-faced and giggly. It's what he expects from a girl your age. Focus on work. Just continue being friendly, your crush will eventually wear-off.
