 if hes a teenage boy just tell him want you to do. But make sure you set out the guidelines first as to what you will and wont do.
Make sure that you (or he) do not go straight from penis to vagina as whilst unlikly it is still possible to get pregnant like this.
best thing to do is play safe and use condoms for any penis play, this also get you into the habbit of using then for when you are ready to move onto the final step.
The most important thing tho is to only do what you want to do and not be pressied into doing something you dont make sure he understands no means no.
