Your head tells you that you have no feelings, but your heart tells you differently. I feel this is a case of not knowing what you had until its gone. The feelings are still there subconciously, and will probably remain for a while. You are trying to say goodbye to a huge part of your life, your heart doesn't want to give up.
You will need the support from your family and friends now, breaking up can be much harder than people realise.

You've been together a long time and you have a child together so I would say it was probably due to the fact of it was the end of something you've been a part of for such a long time, end of something thats been a big part of your life can be upsetting and it probably became a habit and now its the end of the habit.
Good luck :o)
