writes:i m 41 yr old with two kids 20,16 yr old boy and girl ,my husband is 12 yr older than me ,mine is arrange marriage 21 yrs ago, my husband is lazy kind person .he is not good looking ,very serious type, he gave me all freedom of money and all. and i m different than him...he is diabetic too.now days he lost interest in sex too .we do sex once in month .but i want more .even when he do that i dont find any pleasure its just sex not lovemaking kind off feeling there......i m fed up with this routine i try to explain my husband this problem many time but fail to change him....pls help ,what should i do.i need someone who care about me and my feeling but afraid of the results.

reader, anonymous, writes (17 July 2009): The question is what do you want? do you want to leave him or do you want to take a lover. There are problems with either decision. From your answer you are from another culture. Are you willing to face the problems that come with leaving your husband and children. If you take a lover this initially may be the easy way out but if you are caught will be worse.
