( he doesnt have a car).. i have been in school for 3 mon.. and i have only seen him twice.. thats a problem.. wht should i tell him ... Reply to this Question

 Are you prepared to lose him and walk away? If so, then simply tell him that if you are to be exclusive to him, you need him to make more time for you.
You have needs and want him to meet them. If he is unable to or unwilling to, you must be free to see other people.
You can do this without picking a fight. Just use what I like to call "even" tones; as though you were speaking to your friend about a new teacher you noticed in school. Do not be accusatory, never say "if you cared about me," do not whine or cry or beg or scream or fight.
